John Salter
Owner of Valé Valé Beachfront Villas and White Sands Beachfront Pavilion. John is also Chair of the Salter Foundation (www.salterfoundation.org.au) which has provided various grants and in-kind support to projects in Vanuatu. Profits from the purchase of the Vanuatu Coffee Table Photo Book instigated by John go towards projects benefiting children and women in Vanuatu.
Bess Tamtam – Manager
Bess has a long history of working in the tourism industry and has been with Valé Valé Beachfront Villas for 12 months. Bess is very efficient and makes all guests feel welcome and assists in making their holiday a memorable one.
Susan Frances – Reservations Manager
Susan has handled reservations and correspondence with guests since the resort opened.
Leiwia – Supervisor/Masseuse
Leiwia has been with Valé Valé Beachfront Villas since the boutique resort opened.
Touran – housekeeper/tour guide
Touran has also been with Valé Valé Beachfront Villas since inception and is a favourite with guests taking them on turtle tours, bush walks and visits to local schools and villages.
Jenny – housekeeper
Jenny is another staff member who has been with Valé Valé since inception and goes about her work with a quiet efficiency.
Leikor – laundry
Leikor has been with us since inception and is very proprietorial about the laundry making sure everything is clean and fresh.
Eddly – maintenance supervisor
Eddly is responsible for all maintenance issues including keeping the plunge pools clean and all villas up to the standard required to keep our status as #1 on Trip Advisor for boutique resorts in Vanuatu.
Viloro – gardener/tour guide
Viloro is a very friendly, happy worker who also assists in running the turtle tours when Touran is on leave or having a day off.
